Midlife isn't a crisis — it's a calling. A cracking open so precise and so perfect that nothing about it is accidental. I believe in the intelligence of ancient things, in the wisdom your body has been carrying quietly all along, and in the radical act of a woman reclaiming the spark that has been waiting patiently for her.
I walk between the stars and the soil, one foot in the cosmos and one firmly in the earth. I drink too much coffee, swear when it fits, laugh easily, and feel it all and have stopped apologising for that. I always keep a hanky handy. I've walked through the dark more than once, rebuilding myself from the ground up along the way, and I know what it feels like to look in the mirror and not recognise the woman looking back.
I also know what it feels like to find your way home.
Hearth Healing was born from that journey. Not from having it all figured out, but from years of shedding, remembering, and slowly, beautifully learning to reclaim my own voice. I created the space I needed and couldn't find — somewhere earthy enough to be real, spacious enough to hold the mess, and alive enough to meet the magic when it arrives.
